Commission Authorizes Purchase of New Ambulance

A regular scheduled meeting of the Pickens County Board of Commissioners was held on Thursday November 14, 2024. Chairwoman Jill Noland called the meeting to order. Commissioner Patti Fuller made a motion to approve the consent agenda. Commissioner Jody McGee seconded the motion, and it was approved. The meeting moved to new business Commissioner Fuller made a motion to authorize Chairwoman Noland to sign Resolution 20241114-1 to transfer funds. Commissioner Drew Elmore seconded the motion, and it was approved. Commissioner Elmore made a motion to authorize the Chairwoman to sign the Second Amendment to the Association County Commissions of Alabama Investing in Alabama County Program Maintenance and Support Membership Agreement. Commissioner Nancy Ray seconded the motion, and it was approved.
