• Must not pose a tipping hazard.
• Must allow for the safe and secure attachment of all four securement retractors.
• Must accommodate proper use of passenger shoulder and pelvic belts.
• Must include an attached footrest to enhance passenger safety and prevent injury.
• Must be clean and sanitary.
• Passenger must be able to remain upright and secure once fastened.
H.E.L.P., Inc. reserves the right to suspend or restrict service to any passenger whose mobility device presents a safety or health concern under this policy. All concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine an appropriate and equitable resolution.
