Mr. Winfred Oakley, 70, of Irondale, AL, passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023, at the VA Hospital in Tuscaloosa. Public Visitation was Thursday, September 21, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Lavender’s Funeral Service. The graveside homegoing celebration was Friday, September 22, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in Pine Grove Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Carrollton, with Rev. Rodney Shamery, MDiv, as the Eulogist.
