CARROLLTON- The Pickens County Board of Commissioners meeting took place on November 3, 2022. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Jerry Fitch.
A motion was made by Commissioner Mark Gray to approve the consent agenda. Commissioner Bobby Bain seconded the motion, and it was approved.
The meeting began with new business, where Commissioner Drew Elmore motioned to authorize the Chairman to sign the engineering contract with Insite Engineering, LLC for CDBG Project CV-NC-005. Commissioner Gray seconded the motion, and it was approved.
Commissioner Gray, seconded by Commissioner Bain, made a motion to approve a $6,542.37 payment to Thompson Tractor for parts to repair motor grader unit #00262. This motion was approved.
Commissioner Elmore motioned to amend the FY2023 County Transportation Plan adopted on August 9, 2022, to add box culvert repair on County Road 76.
