Pickens County Herald, Inc., is committed to providing quality print and digital newspaper subscription solutions to our customers. We want our customers to be delighted with the products and services that we provide and as such we offer the following policy concerning orders . . .

Orders (Digital)
Orders for digital services can be accepted through our e-edition link or by contacting us through one of the approved methods below. When using the e-edition link on our web site, as soon as your order is completed, you should have immediate access to the service, otherwise if you contact us by one of the approved methods below, we will process your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, and your service will begin at that time. Regardless, you should contact us immediately if you feel you should have been granted access and/or are denied. One of our friendly staff will verify your subscription and help you gain access to the service.

Orders (Print Subscription)
Orders for print subscriptions should be entered into our system within 24 hours from receipt of your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Your first issue is normally entered into the mail system on the next official publication date, currently Wednesdays. Due to many variables beyond our control, your print subscription may or may not be delivered exactly on the day of publication, depending on your locality. Regardless, if you are experiencing continual problems receiving your print subscription and you believe you are not being provided the service you expected or desire, you should contact us immediately for assistance tracking the problem and finding a solution.
