Council Approves Raven Oglesby as New Clerk

REFORM- The Reform City Council meeting took place on January 17, 2022. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Melody Davis.
The council approved the minutes from the December 20, 2022, meeting and the payables from December 21 to January 17, 2023.
The meeting began with old business, where the council motioned to approve Raven Oglesby as the new city clerk as Annette Maughan retires. This motion was approved.
Maughan then read her official retirement letter.
“I, Annette Maughan, do hereby give my official written notice of retirement on January 31, 2023. I’ve been employed with the city since January 31, 2007, and it has been a sixteen-year adventure. Thank you for the opportunity to serve as city clerk, treasurer, and your election manager.” Read Maughan.
