Christopher Chase Britt and Luci Danielle Lewis
Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Lewis of Aliceville announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Luci Danielle Lewis to Christopher Chase Britt, son of Mr. and Mrs. Chad Britt of Carrollton.
Miss Lewis is the granddaughter of Lucy Gates and the late Earl Gates, Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Dean Lewis, all of Aliceville.
The bride-elect is a 2012 graduate of Pickens Academy and magna cum laude graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education. She is currently employed by the Tuscaloosa City Board of Education as a first-grade teacher.
Mr. Britt is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John Paul Richardson, Jr. of Reform and Mrs. Dorothy Britt and the late Clifton Britt of Aliceville.
The prospective groom is a 2013 graduate of Pickens Academy and magna cum laude graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry. He will begin medical school in the fall.
The wedding will be at 6 p.m. on June 16 at Aliceville First Baptist Church. No local invitations will be sent. All family and friends are cordially invited to attend.
