William Craig Dunlap, 52, of Robertsdale, Ala., formerly of Aliceville, was taken to his Heavenly home on December 6, 2018 at his residence. Funeral services were held December 12, 2018 at Dogwood Chapel with Rev. Jason Housewright officiating. Burial followed at Franconia-Oak Grove Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home directing.
He was preceded in death by his father, James A. Dunlap, Sr.; grandparents, James W. and Lucile Dunlap, and William G. and Aleine Eldridge.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Smith Dunlap; his stepchildren, Jamie Paris (Todd), James Hubbard (Amanda), Amanda Parten (Heath), and Kayla Skelton; his mother, Dorothy E. Hill; his brother, Jimmy Dunlap (Teresa); two sisters, Pat Wilson (Willie) and Sharon Hamlin (Larry), and eight step-grandchildren.
Craig was born March 28, 1966 in Macon, Miss. He wan an employee of United Technologies in Robertsdale, Ala.
Craig was a simple and brilliant man, a loving husband, a caring stepfather, and the youngest of three siblings.
Pallbearers were James Hubbard, Bill Huff, Heath Parten, Todd Paris, Steven Smith, Danny Sudduth, Matt Dunlap, and Christopher Wilson.
