Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Adam L. Boone and Lisa M. Boone, husband and wife, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for West Alabama Bank & Trust, on the 17th day of March, 2016, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Pickens County, Alabama, in Real Book 319, Page 270; the undersigned Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Carrollton, Pickens County, Alabama, on July 1, 2019, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Pickens County, Alabama, to-wit:

S. Highway 82; thence with an interior angle of 134 degrees 56 minutes Southeast and along the curving West margin of said road a chord distance of 85.29 feet to the point of intersection with the West Right of Way margin of a gravel road, thence with an interior angle of 120 degrees 08 minutes, South and along said West margin, a distance of 325.69 feet; thence with an interior angle of 129 degrees 46 minutes Southwest and along said West margin, a distance of 63.97 feet; thence with an interior angle of 129 degrees 46 minutes West and along the North Right of Way margin of said gravel road, a distance of 86.66 feet; thence with an interior angle 208 degrees 58 minutes, continue West along said North margin a distance of 279.23 feet; thence with an interior angle of 171 degrees 44 minutes continue West along said North margin, a distance of 76.01 feet; thence with an interior angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes North a distance of 377.17 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said property being in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 19 South, Range 16 West.
