Reform considering water and sewer rate increase

Reform Mayor Melody Davis discusses with the council a potential water and sewer rate increase.


REFORM - The Reform City Council meeting on January 5, 2021 was called to order by Mayor Melody Davis with all members present. Councilman Charles Hagan moved back to his seat of District 2.
The agenda for the meeting began with the approval of the December 15 and 17 minutes for the 2020 year. The council made the motion to approve the payables as well.
Moving into old business in the agenda, the Zoning Board gave the council a recommendation to bring the Phillips family for a variance. The matter was brought forth with no discussion amongst the council. The recommendation was sent around the room for a vote and all council members agreed.
