You are hereby notified that on the 31st day of August, 2023, a Counterclaim for Sale for Division and Notice of Request for Private Sale was filed in the Circuit Court of Pickens County, Alabama, and the following are names of Counter- defendants in the action: ELOISE DANCY; KIMBERLY DANCY; TERRY DANCY; TIMEKA LYNNETTE DANCY; CATHERINE DANCY; SHIRRELLE L. BONNER; MELLISSA BUNTON; and any other heirs or devisees of NICK DANCY, SR., whose whereabouts are unknown and which cannot be ascertained after the exercise of reasonable diligence, and who are believed to claim some right, title, interest, or claim in and to the property more particularly described as follows:
Legal Description: That certain tract or parcel of land constituting approximately 191 acres, lying and being in Pickens County, Alabama, and more particularly described in that certain Deed dated the 29th day of September, 1944, and recorded the 20th day of December, 1944, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Pickens County, Alabama at Deed Book 37 at Page 216, incorporated herein by this reference, as follows:
The south half of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter and that south and east of Pine Knot Creek and the south half of the southwest quarter of Section thirty (30), Township twenty-one (21), Range sixteen (16) West; Also, the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter and that part of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter lying south and east of Big Creek in Section twenty-five (25), Township twenty-one (21), Range seventeen (17) West, Pickens County, Alabama, and containing in all one hundred and ninety-one (191) acres, more or less; excepting from the above rights of way heretofore conveyed to the St. Louis-San Fransisco Railway Company, for a particular description thereof reference is made to the record in the Probate Office of Pickens County, Alabama.

All persons having an interest in said lands or any portion thereof, claiming any title thereof or any encumbrance or lien thereon, are hereby directed to plead,
answer, demur or otherwise respond to the Counterclaim on or before the 8th day of December, 2023, else at the expiration of 30 days thereafter suffer judgement by default to be rendered against them, it being intended that this notice shall be used to perfect service against all parties who cannot be personally served with a copy of the Counterclaim.
