Upon the Plaintiff, Amanda J. Smith-Chandler, counsel for the Plaintiff, BobbiJo Darlene Odom, having moved this Honorable Court for an Order directing service to be made upon the Defendant, Joseph Adam Pinion, in the above styled cause of action by publication of Summons and Complaint, and it appeared from the Motion of Plaintiff that service cannot be obtained upon the Defendant, it is
ORDERED, that service be made by publication in the Pickens County Herald, a newspaper published in Pickens County, Alabama which services Gordo, Alabama, once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks, requiring the Defendant to answer the Complaint for Divorce in this cause within thirty (30) days from the last date of publication of the notice, and by failing to do so, a judgment by default may be taken against the Defendant.
