Pursuant to the order of the Probate Court, comes now the Attorney in the above styled action and does hereby perfect service of process by publication pursuant to Rule 4.3 of the Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure against the following Heirs:

“Please take notice that on the 3rd dat of May, 2024, a petition for probate of the Last Will and Testament of Mary Jean Spiller was filed by Linda Jean Allen and Max Allen, and that the 20th day of June, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. was appointed a day set for hearing thereof, at which time you can appear and contest the same, if you see proper.”
