TO: THE HEIRS AT LAW OF EMMA SUE FAIR
Notice is hereby given that on November 19, 2024, Amanda Robertson filed in the Probate Court of Pickens County, Alabama a petition for the probate of record in this Court of a certain instrument in writing, which purports to be the Last Will and Testament of Emma Sue Fair, deceased, and on that day, said Will was filed in said Probate Court. The 6th day of January, 2025, at 9:00 A.M., has been set and appointed as the day for the hearing of said petition, and the taking of testimony in support thereof, at which time any person with a legal interest in this estate can appear and contest the same if proper.
