City of Reform awarded $5 million grant for water/sewer projects

REFORM- On July 5, 2022, the Reform City Council meeting was called to order by Mayor Melody Davis. Councilmember Malcolm Giles was not in attendance.

The council approved of the minutes as well as the payables.

In old business, The council voted on the resolution for the one-time lump sum payment to eligible retirees. Mayor Davis received clarification of the one-time sum payment from City Clerk Annette Maughan. The resolution was tabled to next meeting twice during discussion before getting approved by the council. Council member Charles Hagan made the motion to approve the resolution and it was seconded by Council member Richardson. The resolution was signed after the council's unanimous approval.
