Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Alabama Section 23-4-2, notice is hereby given that the Town of Carrollton has received a request for the closing and vacating of a certain street or right-of-way in the Town of Carrollton described as follows, to-wit: " Hinton Street, Carrollton, AL, 35447 GPS coordinates beginning at LAT 33.26147616 LON 88.09681835 to LAT 33.26148908 ending at LAT 33.26131495 LON 88.09677737 to LAT 33.26132788 LON 88.09670536."
A hearing to consider the request shall be held on the 11th day of April, 2025 at 6:00pm.
