From the North-west corner of said Section 6, run South 8 degrees 30 minutes East for 1800 feet to the point of beginning of herein-described, parcel of land, said point of beginning being the Northeast corner of the property heretofore granted to Grantee (said point of beginning also being further described as being South 36 degrees 45 minutes West 496.5 feet from the Southwest corner of Parcel No. 2 to Harvey Lee Plowman and wife Bobbie Plowman; thence from said point of beginning, run North 63 degrees 50 minutes West along the North line of the property heretofore granted to Grantee lot a distance of 257 feet to the center-line of the ditch; thence meander said center-line of ditch (generally North 23 degrees 20 minutes East) for 129.7 feet; thence South 63 degrees 50 minutes East for 225 feet to the West side of the county gravel road; thence South 7 degrees 50 minutes west for 129.7 feet to the point of beginning.
