In Accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975, notice is hereby given that Capstone Contractors, LLC, Contractor, has completed the Contract for Construction of Waterline Re-location for CR-30E in Connection with SR-6 (US-82) from West of Gordo to Tuscaloosa County Line, ALDOT Project NO. ACNHF-0006 (576) for Pickens County Water Authority, Carrollton, Alabama, Owner, and has made request for final settlement of said Contract. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify E.P.
