Separate sealed bids for the construction of: City of Reform DRA Waterline Upgrades (Delta Regional Authority Project No. AL-7522), will be received by the City of Reform at the office of 104 3rd Ave SE, Reform, AL 35481 (City Hall) until 10:00 AM (local time), Monday, February 2, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud at the office of 216 1st St S, Reform, AL 35481 (Reform Conference Building). A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, January 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM (local time) at the office of 216 1st St S, Reform, AL 35481 (Reform Conference Building).
The contract documents may be examined at the following locations: Reform City Hall, 104 3rd Ave SE, Reform, AL 35481, and InSite Engineering, LLC (Engineer’s Office), 515 Energy Center Blvd, Northport, AL 35473.
