Book signing by two Gordo authors to happen Saturday during Mule Day
Book signing by David Housel and Keith Huffman to take place at Mule Day Saturday
Being hailed as the “Biggest Literary Event in Gordo History,” Alabama One Credit Union will sponsor an in-person book signing by two Gordo natives at the Ruth Holliman Public Library during Mule Day weekend on Saturday.
David Housel and Keith Huffman will both be in attendance at the event on June 5, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, at the library on Main Street. Housel will be signing his latest book “From the Backbooth at Chappy’s,” and Huffman will be signing his book “The Portable Creek: Southern Nostalgia and Other Shenanigans.”
