Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on February 15, 2005 by James Edward Freeman aka James E. Freeman and Phyllis Amelia Freeman aka Phyllis Amelia McDaniel Freeman, husband and wife and Melanie Dawn Freeman, a single person, originally in favor of Wells Fargo Financial Alabama, Inc., and recorded in Book 191 at Page 318 on February 24, 2005, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Pickens County, Alabama.

THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT.  ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE.

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Chris C. Cousette, Sr.

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Celinda O.

Default having been made under the terms of that certain mortgage executed by Willie M. Nicholson and Betty J.

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Joe W. Cunningham and Willie L. Cunningham, husband and wife, to United States of America, acting through the Rural Housing Service, or successor agency, United States Department of Agriculture, on August 14, 2014, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Pickens County, Alabama, on August 18, 2014 at Book 299, at Page 755, as Document Number 95710.

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a mortgage from JUSTIN L.

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Andrea Brown, single woman, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, its successors and assigns  on December 19, 2018, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Pickens County, Alabama,  at Real Book 345, Page 666; the undersigned Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as trustee of Stanwich Mortgage Loan Trust F, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of
