A lot or parcel of land in the Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter, Section 29, Township 19 South, Range 14 West, in the Town of Reform, Alabama, described more particularly as follows: From the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter, Section 29, run South along the East line of said Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter for 83 feet, thence South 89°40' West for 738 feet to the Point of Beginning and Northeast corner of herein described property; thence from said Point of Beginning run South 65°40' West for 100 feet; thence South 13°00' East for 80 feet; thence North 65°40' East for 71 feet; thence North 5°20' East for 91 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Subject to all easements, restrictions, and reservations appearing of record. Said sale will also be made subject to any Federal Tax Liens and/or Special Assessments of any nature, if any, which might adversely affect the title to the property.
