 Default having been made of the terms of the loan documents secured by that certain mortgage executed by Willie Jones, Linda Faye Herron Jones to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Royal United Mortgage LLC, its successors and assigns dated March 11, 2017; said mortgage being recorded on March 27, 2017 in Deed Book 330, Page 10 as having been modified by an agreement recorded in Deed Book 412, Page 290 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Pickens County, Alabama.

Default having been made in the terms of that certain Mortgage, executed on September 28, 2006, by Frances Davis, as unmarried woman, as Mortgagor, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for NetBank, its successors and assigns as Mortgagee, which said Mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Pickens County, Alabama, in  Book 218 at Page 847, Document # 013316 on October 6, 2006, and subsequently assigned to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, and recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate in Pickens County, Alabama, in REAL Book 295 at Page 740 o

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a mortgage from BRYAN SMITH, MARRIED MAN to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC.

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Daniel M.

Default having been made of the terms of the loan documents secured by that certain mortgage executed by Martha Petty Wife And Joe Henry Petty to Citifinancial Corporation, LLC dated November 21, 2003; said mortgage being recorded on November 24, 2003, in Book 175, Page 710 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Pickens County, Alabama. Said Mortgage was last sold, assigned and transferred to Atlantica, LLC by assignment recorded in Deed Book 364, Page 89 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Pickens County, ALABAMA.
