Tillman Infrastructure, LLC is proposing to build a 275-foot self-support tower (285 ft w/appurtenances) located east of U.S. Hwy 82, 468 feet north east 26455 US-82, Gordo, AL 35466. Structure coordinates are: (N33-18-45.06)/W87-53-23.30). The tower is anticipated to have FAA Style E (dual medium intensity) lighting. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Antenna Structure Registration (ASR Form 854) file number is A1309050. Environmental Effects: Interested persons may review the application at www.fcc.gov/asr/applications  by entering the file number.

The Aliceville Housing Authority is accepting bids for lawn and grounds maintenance at all of the Housing Authority properties as detailed in the scope of work.  Bids will be accepted at the office of the Executive Director, located at 851 Franconia Village, Aliceville, AL. until  11:00 A.M. on Thursday March 20, 2025, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.  Any bid received after the stated date and time will not be considered.   The Housing Authority reserves the right not to enter into any contract as a result of this Request for Proposal.

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Bradley H. Robertson and wife, Anita K. Robertson, to Shelton L. Dyer and Veronica F. Dyer, as Mortgagee, their successors and assigns on February 22, 2010, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Pickens County, Alabama, on February 22, 2010 at Mortgage Book 254, Page 796, Veronica F.
