Carrollton’s lagoon project complete

CARROLLTON - The October 1, 2020, Carrollton City Council meeting was called to order by President pro-tempore Freddy Lowe. Councilwoman Terisa Robbins and Mayor Walker were absent. The minutes from the last meeting were approved by the council. The first day of the month included five bills. They were approved to be paid by the council as well. The Carrollton Fall Festival took place on Saturday October 2, 2020 from 9 a.m. -2 p.m. Lowe mentioned that the Lagoon project is finished. “Somebody has to come down and do a test. Once that’s done and passed, the project will be over.
