Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Joe Stewart and Leasia Faye Stewart, husband and wife, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for Amerigroup Mortgage Corporation, a Division of Mortgage Investors Corporation, its successors and assigns, on May 12, 2012, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Pickens County, Alabama, on May 23, 2012 at Book Real 276, at Page 555.

Default having been made in the terms of that certain Mortgage, executed on the 02/02/2006, by Artis B. Cameron and Darrow Cameron, Wife and Husband, as Mortgagors, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Hometown Mortgage Services, Inc.

Sealed bids will be received by the Director of Transportation at the office of the Alabama Department of Transportation, Montgomery, Alabama until 10:00 AM on February 24, 2023 and at that time publicly opened for constructing the Safety Widening, Micro-Milling, Resurfacing (Scrub Seal), Guardrail Replacement, and Traffic Stripe on SR-86 from 0.320 mile east of the junction of Old Carrollton Road (MP 4.422) in Pickensville to the junction of Ladow Center Circle (MP 9.250) in Carrollton. Length 4.827 mi.

The Aliceville Housing Authority is accepting bids for lawn and grounds maintenance at all of the Housing Authority properties as detailed in the scope of work.  Bids will be accepted at the office of the Executive Director, located at 851 Franconia Village, Aliceville, AL. until  11:00 A.M. on Tuesday March 14, 2023, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.  Any bid received after the stated date and time will not be considered.   The Housing Authority reserves the right not to enter into any contract as a result of this Request for Proposal.

The City of Aliceville is requesting qualifications from Alabama licensed engineers for engineering services for a period of up to three years for public works projects to be funded, in whole or in part, through federal or state grant programs including the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL). Project selection the fees for service will be negotiated with the selected firm and shall be based on funding program and City/Town requirements. Qualification must contain discussion of Technical Approach, Management and Staffing, and Prior grant experience.
